The 7th Fold's USP

About The 7th Fold

There is a universal myth that regular paper cannot be folded in half more than 7 times. Infact most of the times, you cannot fold it beyond six times. There are two main reasons. First is its exponential growth. When you start folding paper it is one layer, but by the time you reach the 6th fold, it has 64 layers. Second is managing size: When you reach the sixth fold, the size of your paper has dramatically changed. Individual and team performances also sometimes face similar challenges. At such times, a new breakthrough is required to stretch the potential. We at The 7th Fold believe that individuals, teams and organisations can effectively take quantum leaps with the right interventions. The 7th Fold is a boutique HR and Wellbeing firm that focuses on important organisation and individual tenets of culture, performance, happiness and a Human Resource capability that can sustain it.
