Behavioural & Learning Consultant | Coach
Ranjani is a behavioural and learning professional with over 20 years of experience, including 15+ years in behavioural development, coaching, learning and people development. Her work sits at the intersection of behaviour, emotional wellbeing, learning and human relationships.
As Chief Wellness Officer, Ranjani leads The 7th Fold’s wellness practice, shaping the organisation’s approach to individual, employee and family wellbeing. She works with organisations to understand their people and wellbeing needs and develops interventions across awareness, prevention, support and development.
Hamsaz Wadhwani
FOUNDER
Hamsaz is the Founder of The 7th Fold, bringing over 25 years of experience across HR and psychology. Her work has shaped the organisation’s approach to leadership development, organisational effectiveness and workplace wellbeing.
She founded The 7th Fold with a focus on creating structured, evidence-based people and wellbeing interventions that enable meaningful and sustainable change.
Praveen Wadhwani
CO- FOUNDER
Praveen played a foundational role in shaping the early vision of The 7th Fold. Known for his creativity, emotional depth, and quiet conviction, he brought a thoughtful and human-centered perspective to the work.
With a background in art therapy, he approached individuals and organizations with empathy, reflection, and a deep belief in the potential for growth and change. His contribution remains an integral part of the foundation on which The 7th Fold stands today.
Neha Gaikwad
HR CONSULTANT
Neha Gaikwad is an HR Consultant at The 7th Fold, with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She works with organizations to build and strengthen core HR foundations, contributing to the design and delivery of structured interventions. Her work spans across engagements, focusing on enabling effective implementation of these initiatives.
