Hamsaz brings over 25 years of experience across HR and psychology, with deep expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workplace wellbeing. Her work is centred on designing structured, evidence-based interventions that drive meaningful and sustainable change.
She partners closely with organizations to build stronger cultures, develop leadership capability, and address complex people challenges with clarity and depth.
Praveen Wadhwani
CO- FOUNDER
Praveen played a foundational role in shaping the early vision of The 7th Fold. Known for his creativity, emotional depth, and quiet conviction, he brought a thoughtful and human-centered perspective to the work.
With a background in art therapy, he approached individuals and organizations with empathy, reflection, and a deep belief in the potential for growth and change. His contribution remains an integral part of the foundation on which The 7th Fold stands today.
Neha Gaikwad
HR CONSULTANT
Neha Gaikwad is an HR Consultant at The 7th Fold, with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She works with organizations to build and strengthen core HR foundations, contributing to the design and delivery of structured interventions. Her work spans across engagements, focusing on enabling effective implementation of these initiatives.
